If you thought Week 6 was action packed, wait until you see what we've got for you in Week 7. How about tripling the size of our little cupcake sprinkle? Those arm and leg buds are going to stretch out to a much more reasonable size when all is said and done, hand and feet bulges have begun to develop and before long, fingers and toes will appear. The Baby's heart has split into two of the four major chambers he/she will eventually have, the brain has divided into two independent hemispheres, and the lungs have now opened up visible air passages. By the end of this week, the child will have eye color of its own (my guess is brown, what's yours?), and to go with those beautiful eyes, the facial features will become distinguished and noticeable. The digestive track is beginning to take shape and the pancreas is developing, as well. There's also a rudimentary appendix in there. While we won't show the Baby until the end of the week, how about some pictures of the fingers when this week is over?
