The Unmitigated Disaster

I'm referring to this Baby Room picture, of course. This is the Baby Room after Phase I, which was the major shuffle of furniture that moved the weight room into the game room and the guest room into the weight room. That freed up the empty Baby Room that you see here. Phase I is complete. And now that we know what we're having, we can move into Phase II, which is choosing a color, prepping the room, and getting the room painted. We'll hopefully have the room painted by next weekend or the weekend after. I'll make sure I include another Baby Room update once Phase II is complete.

Back to little Billy. Brain development for the little guy is astounding. The brain was one of the first organs to develop and its oversized relationship to the rest of the body shows the brain's overwhelming importance. The nerves that connect the muscle tissue to the brain are continuing to connect with increasing frequency which is leading to vastly increased control of the baby's muscular and skeletal systems. The baby's movements are now mostly consciously controlled. The teeth buds are in place and the ears are almost locked into position. His arms and legs have reached their proportions that they will be at birth and his little feet are about an inch long, or about half the length of your thumb.
